Hangover Cures

A Hangover, also known as Veisalgia, are the unpleasant side effects following heavy consumption of alcohol.  The most common symptoms of a hangover include headache, nausea, thirst, irritability, and increased sensitivity to light and noise, but a range of other symptoms may also be experienced. 

The term hangover was originally used in  the 19th century to describe unfinished business or something left over from a meeting.  In 1904, a new meaning for hangover became popular to describe the “after-effect of drinking too much”.
