Quit Smoking
Smoking is the act of lighting dried leaves from a Tobacco plant on fire and inhaling the resulting smoke. Usually smoking is performed by lighting the tobacco that is contained in pre-made cigarettes, but it may also be smoked by rolling shredded, dried leaves in paper or inserting the tobacco into some form of pipe. However, Tobacco can also be used in other ways. For example, in previous times, chewing tobacco was also popular.
All forms of Tobacco use are addictive. All forms of Tobacco use present a serious danger to the health of the user. If Tobacco is smoked, then the second-hand smoke also presents a serious danger to the health of those who happen to be around the person who is smoking.

[…] Learn ways to relax including deep breathing. Find a quiet time where you can be alone. It only needs to be about 5 minutes of your day. Slowly breath in and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Close your eyes during the deep breathing so that you can relax more. You can add imagery to your deep breathing exercises by imagining yourself being smoke-free and enjoying life. Imagine yourself having extra money to do fun things or buy things for your enjoyment. Imagine being able to run or do a sporting event that you may not have been able to as a smoker.
