Quit Smoking

Smoking is the act of lighting dried leaves from a Tobacco plant on fire and inhaling the resulting smoke. Usually smoking is performed by lighting the tobacco that is contained in pre-made cigarettes, but it may also be smoked by rolling shredded, dried leaves in paper or inserting the tobacco into some form of pipe. However, Tobacco can also be used in other ways. For example, in previous times, chewing tobacco was also popular.

All forms of Tobacco use are addictive. All forms of Tobacco use present a serious danger to the health of the user. If Tobacco is smoked, then the second-hand smoke also presents a serious danger to the health of those who happen to be around the person who is smoking.
